How does payment work?

A deposit confirms your order and lets us begin. You settle the balance before delivery. We accept Capitec EFT and e-Wallet.

How long does it take?

Your first draft is normally ready in 1–2 days. After approval, completion takes 2–3 days, followed by 1–3 days for courier delivery.

What if I don't like the draft?

Tell us what you would like changed. Nothing is finished until you have seen and approved your artwork.

Will my photo be good enough?

Most clear phone photos work well. If yours is too small or blurry, we will tell you before completing the artwork and help you choose a better one.

How is it delivered?

We pack your order carefully and courier nationwide across South Africa in 1–3 days after completion, with the current listed courier fee of R100 per order.
